PAYE (Pay As You Earn) is HMRC's system for collecting income tax and National Insurance from employees at source — before they receive their wages. If you pay anyone a salary, wages or benefits, you must register as an employer and operate PAYE. We handle the full PAYE process for Essex businesses, from initial registration through to monthly payroll runs and year-end reporting.

Under the Pensions Act 2008, all UK employers must automatically enrol eligible workers into a qualifying pension scheme and contribute at least 3% of qualifying earnings. You must also write to all staff about auto-enrolment and complete a Declaration of Compliance with The Pensions Regulator.
